What to expect in Gatherings and Rituals
Our Temple gatherings are designed to be intentional, immersive, and sacred.
Preparing Your Space- Find a quiet, uninterrupted space to fully immerse yourself in the experience. Consider dim lighting, candles, or an altar to set the tone.
Entering the Ritual space- We begin by grounding into the moment, into the safety of our space. Setting intentions and opening the energetic container. We may engage in breathwork, movement, and/or meditation to connect with our different bodies.
Sharing and Witnessing- sharing is always optional. You may express words, sounds, movement, or silence. If another being shares, we hold sacred witness- listening without interrupting, offering presence.
Closing the Space- We close each gathering with integration, honoring what has been shared and sealing the container with gratitude. Some may choose to journal, meditate, or rest afterwards to process the experience.
